These terms apply to the games and websites published by Dumb Game Lab. By downloading or playing our games you agree to them.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our games for non-commercial entertainment. The App Store and Google Play terms also apply to your download.

2. Virtual items and purchases

In-game currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't cheat, reverse engineer, or interfere with our games or services, and don't use them for anything unlawful.

4. Content

All game content, including art, characters, music and code, is owned by Dumb Game Lab or its licensors.

5. Disclaimer

Our games are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or our games at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
