Games like Internet Cafe Simulator: 7 picks, some playable on your phone

For a deep PC game, Internet Cafe Simulator 2 (Steam list price 21,500 won) is still the benchmark. On a phone, the same studio's Android versions and Warnet Life, an Indonesian warnet game, are the most downloaded free options. If you want a short idle game you can leave running, PC Cafe Tycoon is worth a look, but it has no first-person feel.
How we picked
Internet Cafe Simulator is a first-person 3D management game where you open an internet cafe, set up seats, serve customers and grow the business. Both the first and second games have more than 10,000 reviews on Steam, and a string of similar games followed. From those, this list keeps only the ones that are actually on Steam or Google Play and have built up reviews or installs.
Prices and platforms were checked on the Steam and Google Play store pages on October 16, 2026. Steam discounts change often, so we list the regular price, and the won prices are from the Korean Steam store. The offline column only repeats what the store page says; if it says nothing, it reads "not stated."

Deep on PC: Internet Cafe Simulator 1 and 2
The originals. The second game lists at 21,500 won on Steam, and 73% of its roughly 13,000 reviews are positive ("Mostly Positive"). The first game is 11,000 won with just over 10,000 reviews at a similar ratio. You walk around the cafe in first person, place PCs and deal with customers yourself, so if you want to run the place with your own hands, start with this series.
The same developer (Cheesecake Dev) also has Android versions on Google Play. The first has 10M+ installs and a 3.8 rating; the second has 5M+ installs and a 3.0 rating. They are free, with ads and in-app purchases. We could not find an official App Store version.

Free on your phone: Warnet Life and Internet Gamer Cafe Simulator
Warnet Life is a warnet game (the Indonesian word for a PC cafe) from an Indonesian developer, Akhir Pekan Studio. It has 5M+ installs and a 4.5 rating from about 167,000 reviews, the highest of the mobile games on this list. The store page says it plays in first person, which makes it the closest thing to Internet Cafe Simulator on a phone.
Internet Gamer Cafe Simulator has 10M+ installs and a 4.1 rating. Both are free, with ads and in-app purchases. We could not confirm offline play from either store description.
Other Steam options: Gaming Cafe Simulator, Internet Cafe Evolution, Internet Cafe Tycoon
Gaming Cafe Simulator (15,500 won) has you run console seats and a cafe corner along with the PC seats. 84% of its 424 reviews are positive, the best Steam rating on this list.
Internet Cafe Evolution (16,500 won) is a management and building game that starts in a small 1990s cafe and changes the shop as the eras move on. Worth a look if you like the mood of old PC cafes. Internet Cafe Tycoon (3,300 won) came out in June 2026, lets you put seven arcade machines in a 2000s internet cafe, and supports Windows and macOS. There is a free demo, but it has only 4 reviews, so it is too early to judge.

PC Cafe Tycoon: what it does well and where it falls short
PC Cafe Tycoon, made by Dumb Game Lab, is an idle management game where you inherit a back-alley PC cafe and grow it into the best in the country. You open with 6 seats, and ramen stations and vending machines sell better the closer they sit to the seats. Hire part-timers and the shop keeps running while the app is closed, and it works without internet. A day lasts 2 minutes and speed goes up to 3x, so a few rounds on the subway work fine.
The weak points are clear. There is no walking around in first person, assembling PCs or serving customers by hand. It has 6 stages from the alley to nationwide, so it has an end, and if you expect the detail of Internet Cafe Simulator 2 it will feel shallow. Progress is saved on the device only, so be careful when you switch phones. Watching an ad at payout doubles that day's earnings, and the game moves on if you skip the ad.

Which one fits you
If you want to sit at a PC and go deep, Internet Cafe Simulator 2 or Gaming Cafe Simulator fits. For an old-school mood, look at Internet Cafe Evolution and Internet Cafe Tycoon. For first person on a phone, try Warnet Life. If you want something short for the commute that keeps the shop running while it is off, PC Cafe Tycoon fits.
- PC, deep: Internet Cafe Simulator 2, Gaming Cafe Simulator
- PC, old-school mood: Internet Cafe Evolution, Internet Cafe Tycoon
